Mr. Koh How Eng -- Managing Director, Floating Windfarms Pte Ltd.

Mr. Koh was the CEO and Director, Corporate and Business Training Unit, University of Singapore

He was the Deputy Managing Director of the National Science and Technology Board of Singapore; and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research of Singapore, in charge of the corporate governance and budgets of many national research institutes in Singapore, as well as the R&D plans and programs at the national level.

He was also the General Manager of NSTB Holding Pte Ltd, a commercialization arm of NSTB, and Board Directors of many high tech start-up companies and property development companies.

He will lead the efforts in the development and commercialization of Integrated Offshore VAWT Windfarm and RO Desalination plants to provide low-cost ‘green’ electricity and fresh water to coastal cities and small islands, at prices much below their current costs.

He received his M.S. degree in Engineering from the Cambridge University, UK, and his M.S degree in Management from the MIT Sloan School, USA
